Email Server Maintenance

We will be undertaking BlueTie Email System Maintenance over the next 9 days. Beginning on Monday, March 8th 2010, upgrades will occur nightly from the hours of 1am to 5am (AEST) with the exception of Saturday, March 13th. We expect to have all conversions completed on Wednesday, March 17th, 2010. Up to 60 minutes connection outages are expected.

The services affected are POP and IMAP email services for customers subscribed to the BlueTie email plans. These customers will experience outages when attempting to download and send mail using the BlueTie mail servers. No mail will be lost, mail will be queued for delivery and service will be restored following the maintenance operations. It is expected that each client should only experience a single instance of the 1 hr outage throughout the 9 day maintenance period, as each client is migrated in it's own window of the maintenance only once.

We apologise for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause.

.cn domain names are no longer available at RCD.

New processes implemented by the .cn Registry has affected registrations of this domain extension. As such, RCD will no longer be facilitating these registrations and will not be able to accept inbound transfers of .cn domain names.

This is change in policy of .cn domain names is effective immediately.
